We are an architecture and urban planning office with experience in delivering high-quality projects in residential, retail, office, and interior design sectors. We approach each project by deeply understanding the client’s initiative and offering solutions that creatively integrate it with the site’s specific features, legal regulations, and budget. We are Passivhaus certified designers, by the international Passivhaus Institute in Darmstadt, Germany.
The name of our firm comes from the Greek word sema – meaning sign or symbol. Through architecture, we seek the meaning behind the life and activity each building shelters. This significance is what inspires us.
Our team consists of members of the Order of Architects of Romania and the Romanian Registry of Urban Planners. We provide services in architecture, urban planning (P.U.Z., P.U.D.), interior architecture, graphic design, branding, and visual identity. We also have experience with projects funded by European grants. We support our clients with solutions, information, and consultancy from the initial discussion to the commissioning of the designed building or space.
